Real estate crowdfunding in Slovakia
Real estate crowdfunding is a modern form of collective investing in construction and development projects. It works by combining your capital with that of other investors so that, together, you take part in real estate projects that would be hard for an individual to access alone.
Through a digital platform, multiple investors contribute funds into a specific project. Once construction is completed and the agreed targets are met, the profits are distributed proportionally among all participants according to the size of their investment.
This model enables people with smaller capital to invest in larger projects such as apartment buildings, residential complexes or renovations of existing buildings — increasingly important in the context of urban and regional development across Slovakia.
Crowdfunding opens up the real estate market and makes it more accessible. It is no longer a privilege of large developers or investment funds — today, anyone interested can take part.
