This statement describes how Zentariovexlumrk s. r. o., with its registered seat at Mlynské Nivy 16, 821 09 Bratislava, Company No. 56 487 219, as data controller, processes your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Slovak Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data.
1. What data we process
We process your name, email address and information about your activity on our website (IP address, session identifier, device type). When subscribing to the newsletter we obtain your name and email voluntarily from you.
2. Purpose of processing
We use the data to send our newsletter, improve content, measure traffic and to communicate about new real estate projects. We will not send you offers from third parties without your consent.
3. Legal basis
Processing is carried out based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), the legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and compliance with legal obligations.
4. Retention period
We keep data for a maximum of 36 months from the last newsletter interaction, or until you withdraw your consent. Accounting documents are archived for 10 years under Slovak Act No. 431/2002 Coll.
5. Recipients
Recipients may include our processors (email platform, hosting and analytics providers) based in the EU. We do not transfer data outside the EEA without appropriate safeguards under the GDPR.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, objection, and to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava).
